This website provides information about our career coaching services. You may use it for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse or attempt to harm the site in any way.

2. Coaching services & payments

• Sessions are available in-person (Level 7, Two Exchange Square) or online via video call.
• Fees are as displayed on our pricing section. Payment is due before the first session unless otherwise agreed.
• Cancellations: free if made 48 hours before the session; later cancellations may be charged in full.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, logos, images) is owned by Horizon Career Partners. You may not reproduce or distribute material without written permission.

4. Limitation of liability

We strive for accurate advice, but coaching outcomes depend on individual effort. We are not liable for any indirect losses arising from our services.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.

6. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
